Welcome to Hudaly. These Terms of Service apply to your use of hudaly.ae and purchases made through our store.
Hudaly is a brand owned and operated by 4 FAM ONLINE SELLER, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under Trade Licence No. 1596766. Throughout these terms, “Hudaly,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this business.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are made with 4 FAM ONLINE SELLER.
1. Using Our Website
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or make fraudulent purchases.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.
2. Products and Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. This does not limit your rights if an item materially differs from its description.
Please review the product’s fabric, dimensions, colour, and care instructions before ordering.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees will be shown before you place your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only where offered at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.
We may change prices for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Please check your items, delivery address, email address, and telephone number before placing an order.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send your dispatch confirmation.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or an address outside our delivery coverage.
If this happens, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment received for the cancelled items, including related delivery charges. We will not substitute a product or charge a corrected price without your agreement.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact shophudaly@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change or stop delivery, and our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy will apply.
If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any delivery charge that no longer applies.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
6. Delivery
We use third-party delivery partners. Available delivery locations, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with you and explain the available options.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. If an unsuccessful delivery results from incorrect information or your unavailability, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
If your parcel is missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact Hudaly so we can investigate with the courier. Using a third-party courier does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy forms part of these terms.
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the eligibility conditions in that policy.
Hudaly pays the shipping costs for eligible returns. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer pays the delivery charge for the replacement item.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Different arrangements apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer using verified details provided by the customer, or another agreed method where necessary.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including any expiry date, eligible products, or minimum purchase amount.
Unless an offer states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. Refunds for discounted products are based on the amount actually paid.
Changes to an offer will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
9. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated material.
By submitting content for publication on our store, you give Hudaly a non-exclusive permission to display it for that purpose. Separate use of your photographs in advertising will require your permission.
We may remove content that violates these terms. We will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.
10. Website Content
The Hudaly name, logo, and original website content belong to us or are used with permission from their respective owners.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit protected content without the relevant owner’s permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.
We use order and contact information to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide support, and handle returns. Where necessary, we also collect bank details to process cash-on-delivery refunds.
Please do not send passwords, PINs, or one-time verification codes to us.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
These links do not remove Hudaly’s responsibilities for purchases made through our store.
13. Website Availability and Liability
We take reasonable care to maintain the website and keep its information accurate, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory obligations relating to product quality, safety, delivery, or refunds.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
If you have a complaint, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can work towards a resolution.
You remain entitled to contact the relevant consumer protection authority or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and publish the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
The terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
