Where we deliver

We deliver to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery charge

Delivery costs Dhs 17 per order. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays, sale periods, or for reasons outside our control. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct, so our delivery partner can reach you. If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details or because you were unavailable, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
